1. Certificates and prizes are given to meritorious students. Trophies, medals, and certificates are distributed after each competition. 2. The following certificates and awards are given during the Annual Results: a) Proficiency Certificate – One or more students from every section are selected for this award, based on general deportment, good conduct, behavior, attendance, punctuality, respect for teachers, application to study, and participation in co-curricular activities. b) Certificate of Recognition – Awarded for 100% school attendance. c) Certificate of Merit – Given to students who excel in studies. Students are expected to be regular, punctual, and obedient to teachers and school authorities. Students should respect and greet teachers whenever they meet them, whether in school or outside. Senior students should treat juniors with affection, while juniors should show respect for their seniors. Students should sit only in their assigned classroom or section. Students should respect school property, including buildings, furniture, and equipment. Students should not spoil or pluck flowers and cause damage to the plants. Students are not allowed to bring sticks, knives, or any object that can harm others. Ragging, bullying, using abusive language, and violent behavior in any form are strictly prohibited 10. Students are advised to maintain cleanliness in classrooms, the school building, and campus, disposing of waste in appropriate bins. 11. Students involved in violent or destructive behavior will face disciplinary action. 12. A student who colludes or participates in any harmful act, physical or mental, will face serious disciplinary action, including expulsion. 13. Unfair practices during exams will result in disciplinary action. 14. Smoking, chewing tobacco, drinking alcohol, and other forms of intoxication are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to suspension or expulsion. 15. Gambling in any form is forbidden. 16. Casteism, communalism, and untouchability practices, including derogatory remarks against any group, will not be tolerated. 17. Bringing and bursting crackers on campus is not allowed. 18. The school does not recognize student unions, and union activities are prohibited. 19. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience, and conduct detrimental to the moral tone of the school can lead to dismissal. 20. The school is not responsible for students returning home during class hours due to violations of uniform or other minor infractions. The school will not be held responsible for untoward incidents. 21. The school cannot be held liable for accidents, minor or serious, that happen during school hours or while participating in activities. 22. Parents/Guardians should ensure proper arrangements are made for collecting children immediately after school. 23. The school diary is an official record, and it should be carried by students every day. 24. Serious misbehavior, even off-campus, may lead to suspension or dismissal. 25. Scribbling on walls, furniture, or other school property is prohibited. Damage to school property must be compensated. 26. Students cannot bring unauthorized magazines, books, or materials into the school. All parcels and letters will be inspected. 27. Ragging, taking drugs in any form, smoking and chewing betel nut or tobacco and consumption of alcohol are strictly forbidden. Fancy items like gadgets, digital diaries, cell phones, etc., are prohibited. Violation may result in suspension or expulsion. 28. Stealing or forging signatures is a serious offense and may result in dismissal. 29. Students are responsible for the safety of their belongings; the school is not liable for loss or damage. 30. Jewelry and accessories, unconventional hairstyles, or makeup that degrade the uniform are not allowed and may lead to suspension. 31. Mobile phones are strictly prohibited. Any found will be seized and may result in dismissal. 32. Romantic relationships or love affairs in school are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to dismissal. 33. The school is not responsible for any incidents occurring when students leave for parental requests. 34. Any form of disrespect or misbehavior toward a teacher will result in dismissal. 35. Frequent uniform violations will result in being sent home or suspension.
