1.             Regular attendance is expected. Leave is granted only for serious reasons, with prior written application.

2.             No leave of absence is granted except for a serious reason and only on previous written application of the parents and guardians inserted in the Leave Record of the Calendar.

3.             Leave for family weddings are limited to two days for siblings, and one day for other relatives.

4.             Absence without leave for festivals, weddings, etc., may result in fines or punishment.

5.             Students arriving late after vacations will be fined Rs.500

6.             Students must provide written explanations for absences upon returning to school

7.             A doctor's certificate is required for absences longer than three days.

8.             Students absent for more than a week without authorization may be removed from the rolls.

9.             Absentees on re-opening days or special function days will face penalties.

10.        Running away from school is a serious offense and will result in disciplinary action.
