LATE ARRIVALS & EARLY DEPARTURES

LATE ARRIVALS & EARLY DEPARTURES

  1. Late arrival to school is a breach of discipline. A student who arrives late must enter the date and time of arrival in the Regularity Record under „Late‟. Repeated late arrivals are punishable, and parents will be contacted if a student is late for more than five days.

  1. Latecomers will be allowed to enter class only when they show the Regularity Record, duly countersigned by the Principal/Vice Principal, to the class teacher or teacher-in-charge.

  2. Students who need to leave the school campus early for any reason must obtain written permission from the Principal/Vice Principal. The permission slip must be shown to the class teacher before leaving the campus.

  3. If a parent/guardian requests a student to leave the school during school hours, a written request must be entered in the Regularity Record (prior leave) by the parent/guardian and presented to the Principal for approval.

  4. If a student wishes to leave the campus during class hours, they must obtain a gate pass and show it to the class teacher. Upon re-entering the campus, the student must have the security personnel record the time of entry. The gate pass should then be submitted at the reception.

  5. Students who frequently arrive late to school may be denied entry into the school.
